The story began on the coast , in a romantic rocky bay with sandy beach. At night, the big wave on a sandy coastline threw hundreds of starfish .They were beautiful, but they were burning on the sun.They were dying slowly.
There were two men on the coast. Each was coming from a different direction .The first one , was walking toward the center and looking at the wealth that were dying and he said to himself: "such a beauty,heirloom,value,dies and disappears.Is it possible that so much beauty , so much grandeur of the deep collapses in one second.And just how many of them there are.The injustice is that these beautiful starfish must die and disappear.And obviously they have to." He was marching on and thinking about how it's really a great pity .
The second one was coming from the opposite direction , walking slowly and looking worried , but at every minute he was throwing something into the sea.And when they met the first man saw that other man throwing starfish in the sea.Stepping up close to him the first man asked, " And what are you doing ? " The other replies: "I am throwing these washed up starfish back into the ocean, or else they will die through lack of oxygen. "But", said the first man, "You can't possibly save them all, there are thousands on this beach, and this must be happening on hundreds of beaches along the coast. You can't possibly make a difference."
The second man looked down, frowning for a moment; then bent down to pick up another starfish, smiling as he threw it back into the sea. He replied, "I made a huge difference to that one!"
